Returns and reclamations
14 days return right
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can make a return within 14 days from receiving your order. Your purchase has to be in the same condition as when you bought it.
If you don't pick up or wish to cancel your order, it is handled as a return.
How to make a return
Pack your items (in the same package where you received them) and slip in a note with
- your order number
- reason for return
- returned items
For Posti in Finland: Please use our Posti asiakaspalautustunnus 671577 / Ninyes Oy. Ask for a receipt on your return, this helps to track the return if needed.
For other countries: Unfortunately, we don't have any automatic return system for orders outside of Finland at the moment. You need to ship the item and pay return costs by yourself. We are currently working to find a better solution!
How we are refunding your return back to you
When your return has been handled, you we receive an email from us. You will be automatically credited back to the same payment method you have used when making your order. We will deduct 4,90€ as a return & handling fee from the amount.
If your order included any discounts (for example free shipping for orders over certain amount) that are no longer valid after the return, this is taken into account in the returned amount.
You can make a reclamation if the product does not match the description or the images, or the product is fake. You cannot make a reclamation because of faults that have been described in the product description, because of a smell (we recommend washing all items before using them), insignificant or minor stains and signs of wear, minor differences in image colour, or if the item does not fit. However, you always have a 14 days return right.
