RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so until the order has been shipped by clicking here: cancel order.

If you cancel your order after this point, please note that our return policy will apply to cancelled and uncollected orders, and normal return fees will apply.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased. The processing time for returns is 7-14 business days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

Refund to a gift card: The return is free of charge. If you choose a refund to a gift card, please add this note to the additional information field of the return.

Refund to the original payment method: We will deduct a return processing fee from the refund: Finland €5.90 | other EU countries €6.90 | countries outside the EU actual shipping costs.

Return to our store at Dosentintie 7D, Helsinki: The return is free of charge.

1. Start the return

Start the return by clicking the login link or go to ninyes.fi/account. You do not need a pre-created account or password. Just enter the same email address you used to place your order. You will receive a one-time 6-digit code via email to log in. Select the products from your order that you want to return, and submit the return request.

2. Choose the refund method

  • Refund to a gift card: the return is free of charge. If you want a refund to a gift card, please add this note to the additional information field of the return.
  • Refund to the original payment method: We will deduct a return processing fee from the refund: Finland €5.90 | other EU countries €6.90 | countries outside the EU actual shipping costs
  • Return to our store at Dosentintie 7D, Helsinki: The return is free of charge.

3. Send the package

Pack the products carefully (preferably in their original packaging). Place a note inside the package with your name, order number, and email address. Return the package using the shipping company that originally delivered it to you:

  • PostNord: Use our return portal at myreturns.postnord.com/ninyes.
  • GLS: Use our return portal at returns.gls-group.com/ninyes.
  • Posti: Take the package to a Posti service point or parcel locker and use our customer return code 671577 (Ninyes Oy). Write the customer return code on the package, along with our address: Asiakaspalautus, Ninyes Oy, Dosentintie 7D, 00330 Helsinki. More information on Posti's website: [posti.fi/return-parcel]
  • Other delivery method: If your package included a pre-printed return label, attach it to the package. If the label is missing, please contact: home@ninyes.com.

Always keep the receipt or tracking code for your return shipment. The receipt serves as proof of return if the package gets lost.

IMPORTANT FOR KLARNA CUSTOMERS!

If you paid for your order with Klarna, log into the Klarna app, find your order, and click "Report a return" before sending the package. This will automatically extend your invoice due date by 21 days. Do not open a dispute or claim in Klarna. Doing so will require a separate resolution of the dispute, which will delay the processing of your refund.

The purchase amount of the returned products will be automatically refunded to the payment method used or, if you prefer, to a gift card. We will deduct any return costs from the value of the returned products.

  • If you return your order in full, we will also refund the original shipping costs. For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
  • If a volume discount, free shipping discount, or other benefit received at the time of the order is no longer met after the return, this will be taken into account in the refunded amount.
  • For uncancelled or uncollected orders that are returned to us, we charge the standard return fee.

You can make a complaint if the product does not match the product description or pictures, or if the product is a counterfeit. Product claims cannot be made for errors described in the product description, for smells (we recommend washing all clothes before use), small or inconspicuous stains or wear, small differences in picture colors, or if the product is unsuitable. However, you can always use our 14-day return policy.

If the product you received is faulty, you can make a complaint within 14 days of receiving the product by sending us a picture of the product's defect, an explanation of the situation, your order number, your name, and phone number by email to home@ninyes.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible! In claim cases, we do not charge return costs.

If the product has been lost during transportation, damaged, you have been delivered the wrong product or the product has not arrived within a reasonable time, please immediately notify our customer service at home@ninyes.com. We will investigate the matter on your behalf.
