General
The terms and conditions have been updated on April 24, 2023.
These general terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer customer, place an order with Ninyes Oy through our maintained websites www.ninyes.com and www.ninyes.fi. We encourage you to carefully read these general conditions before placing an order in the online store.
To place an order in the online store, you must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent delivery address within the delivery area of the online store. Temporary addresses such as P.O. boxes, hotels, or similar addresses are not considered permanent addresses.
You must accept these general conditions in order to place an order in the online store.
Ordering Products
Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding to payment on the "Shopping Cart" page of the online store. Our ordering policy allows you to review the order for any errors before submitting the order to Ninyes. We encourage you to carefully review your order on each page presented during the order process. Ordering from the online store requires providing a valid email address to Ninyes. The agreement is formed when Ninyes confirms the order via email.
Once you have submitted an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The confirmation will include the price, shipping costs, ordered products, and other information required by applicable laws. If you do not receive an order confirmation within one day, please contact us.
After your order, we will separately verify the availability of all the products you have ordered. If any product is missing or unavailable, we reserve the right to refund the amount or cancel the order.
Providing accurate contact information is important. We will inform you of any changes related to your order or other matters via the email address and/or phone number you provided. Ninyes is not responsible for any costs or delivery disruptions if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information, does not read our messages, or fails to respond to them.
All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order process will not be used for any other purpose than delivering the order or resolving any ambiguities that may arise unless otherwise stated.
Prices, Fees, and Taxes
Prices are stated in Euros and include value-added tax (VAT). Ninyes reserves the right to change prices at any time without separate notice. Any applicable shipping costs will be added to the order. For more information on shipping costs, please refer to this link.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are valid for a specified limited time or while supplies last, as stated separately. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or in advance. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other; only one code can be used at a time.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your purchases using the methods specified in the online store. For more information on payment methods, please refer to this link.
Ninyes reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times or, alternatively, to suggest a change in the payment method if the chosen method does not work for some reason when fulfilling the order. In Ninyes' online store, you can also pay for purchases using a gift card issued by Ninyes. Please note that any limitations regarding available payment methods are stated in the online store, and we recommend familiarizing yourself with them before placing an order.
Delivery Method, Shipping Costs, and Delivery
Shipping costs for products purchased from the online store include postage and packaging fees. The costs of different delivery methods are visible in the shopping cart after selecting the products. Ninyes will provide you with a tracking number via email when the products are shipped from Ninyes. For more information on delivery methods and shipping costs, please refer to this link.
Ninyes is not responsible for any hindrance, difficulty, or delay in the delivery of an order due to circumstances beyond Ninyes' control. Purchases made from Ninyes are subject to Finnish law. Consumers have the option to bring any possible disputes regarding delivery to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
Right of Return
Sales made in the online store are considered distance sales under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. For more information on our return policy, please refer to this link.
Unclaimed Package
Failure to claim a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. In the case of an unclaimed package, we will charge the original shipping costs according to the chosen delivery method, as well as a return fee of 4.90 ���.
Issues and Problems
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days by email at home@ninyes.com. If the package is damaged by the postal service, an immediate complaint must be filed with the postal service.

Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Customers must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.
Force Majeure: If the fulfillment of the obligations mentioned in these terms becomes impossible due to force majeure (war, natural events, disasters, legislation or authority decisions, strikes, or similar events), the customer is not entitled to compensation from Ninyes Oy.
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
