You can shop secondhand at Ninyes with a good concious. All brands that you can buy & sell at Ninyes currently fulfil our criteria. Alternatively, they have received Good or Great sustainablity rating at Good On You.

Social responsibility of production

At least 75% of 1st tier production is in low risk country or 3rd party audited by a well-known organisation (e.g. GOTS, BSCI Amfori, GRS, Bluesign, SA8000).

Quality and materials

At least 75% of materials are more sustainable choices accoding to Ninyes criteria (e.g. organic cotton and other organic certified materials, recycled polyester and other recycled materials, deadstock materials, tencel / lyocel / ecovero).

and / or: Items are made to last - long lasting products and designs, where product life span is at least 5 years for adults and 3 years for kids.

Animal rights

Harmful practises including raising animals for fur and mulling lambs are not supported.

All down is Responsible Down certified or locally sourced in EU. At least 50% of leather used is LWG or similar certified.

General environmental impact

Continuous & visible commitment to decrease environmental impact and increase social responsibility.
